Screened Soil
Description: Used for bringing up grade or filling low areas. Will grow grass. Cheaper alternative to screened topsoil. Easily spread by hand.
Fill Dirt
Description: Used for bringing up grade or filling large low areas. May contain rock, roots and debris. Best spread with a machine.
Screened Clay
Description: Used for bringing up grade. Very compactable. Great for horse stalls. Easily spread by hand.
Clay (Debris & Large Chunks)
Description: Used for bringing up grade, especially where compaction is needed. May contain clumps or rocks. Best spread with a machine.
Overruns
Description: Good for filling large voids, works well for a base for occasional use parking or driveway when topped with clean stone.
